血清RANTES水平、外周血CD4＋CD45RO＋T淋巴细胞在帕金森病免疫异常发病机制中的作用

Effect of RANTES Serum Level and Periphery CD4, CD45RO and T Blood Lymphocytie on Dysimmunity Pathogenesis of PD

目的：探究血清RANTES水平和外周血CD4＋ CD45RO＋T淋巴细胞在帕金森病（PD）免疫异常发病机制中的作用.方法：选取2013年6月～ 2015年3月我院收治的50例原发性帕金森病患者作为观察组,30例同期健康体检者作为对照组.采用生物素双抗体夹心酶联免疫法（ELISA）检测趋化因子（RANTES）和血清调节活化正常T细胞表达水平,采用流式细胞术（FCM）对外周血CD4＋ CD45RO＋T淋巴细胞比例进行检测.采用统一帕金森病评分量表评估患者的病情.结果：观察组外周血CD4＋ CD45RO＋T淋巴细胞比例及血清趋化因子水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组血清趋化因子水平与统一帕金森评分量表评分呈正相关（P＜0.01）,与外周血CD4＋ CD45RO＋T淋巴细胞比例亦呈正相关（P＜0.01）.根据治疗状况、性别、病程及年龄对观察组分组,各组间比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：CD4 ＋T淋巴细胞及活化的小胶质细胞介导的特异性免疫反应在帕金森病的发展过程中发挥着重要作用.

OBJECTIVE： To explore the effect of RANTES serum level and periphery CD4, CD45RO and T blood lymphocytic on dysimmunity pathogenesis of Parkinson＇s disease （PD）. METHODS： 50 patients with primary PD in our hospital from June 2013 to March 2015 were collected as observation group and 30 healthy cases were as the control group. RANTES and the expression level of serum adjusted excitation normally lymphocyte T were inspected by the biotin double antibody enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. The proportion of periphery CD4, CD45RO and T blood lymphocytic were inspected by the flow cytometry （FCM）. The patient＇ s condition was assessed by unified Parkinson＇ s disease rating scale. RESULTS： The level of periphery CD4, CI）45RO, T blood lymphocytic and serum RANTES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. There was statistically signifi- cance difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The level of serum RANTES was positively associated with the unified Parkinson＇ s disease rating scale （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, periphery CD4, CD45RO and T blood lymphocytic too （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There were no statistically significant difference in two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION ： CD4 ＋ T lymphocyte and specific immunity response of the activated microglia cell - media- ted may play important role in the development process of PD.
