摘要
利用稀土磁制冷、液气自动循环及独创的银镓合金焊接技术进行散热和有效控温,LED路灯的结温恒定在65-70℃之间。LED路灯灯具的发光效率达160 lm/W,使用寿命50 000 h。
The junction temperature of this novel LED road light is in steady state value of 65-70℃ by using the effective temperature control techniques, including rare earth element magnetism refrigerating and liquid-gas automatic circulating as well as original creative Silver-Gallium alloy welding. The luminous effi cacy of the LED road luminaire reaches 160 lm/W, and the service life is 50,000 h.
