构件的原生型功能与汉字的性质

Primary Function of the Constituents and Nature of Chinese Characters

从发生学的角度来看,汉字、汉字构件、汉字构件的功能都存在不同的发生层次,可以区分为原生字与孳生字、原生构件与孳生构件、原生型功能与次生型功能。对汉字性质的认识,有不同的论述角度,构件所承担的功能是确定汉字性质的主要角度之一。在构件所承担的各项构意功能中,应该把原生型功能作为判断汉字性质的依据,根据这类功能来判断,汉字属于表意文字。

From the genetic point of view,Chinese characters,their constituents and the function of constituents have their own genetic levels.To specific,they may be each discerned as primary and derived.To understand the nature of Chinese characters,there are different perspectives,one of which is the roles of constituents as the main perspective.Of all the meaning encoding functions,the primary functions should be taken as the point of departure for identifying character nature,according to which,Chinese characters pertain to the ideographic family.
