Clinical Experience of Alcohol Dependence Treatment

通过典型病例诊治过程的分析,浅谈酒精依赖治疗的临证体会。酒精依赖病机较复杂,晚期多以脾肾阳虚,气血不足,心、肝失养为主,病位责之于心、肝、脾、肾四脏,以心悸不安,失眠多梦,抑郁恼怒,健忘痴呆,狂妄躁动,不思饮食,畏寒肢冷,甚则昏迷等为临床特点。中医治疗可采用"扶阳宁心"之法,为本病治疗提供新思路与方法。

To discuss Clinical treatment of alcohol dependence,by analyzing the diagnosis and treatment process of alcohol dependence typical cases treatment. It turned out that Pathogenesis of alcohol dependence was complex,which involved spleen and kidney yang deficiency,qi and blood deficiency,heart and liver lack of dystrophy. heart,liver,spleen,kidney was mainly responsible for the disease which represented clinical features such as anxiety,insomnia,angry depression,dementia,forgetfulness,restlessness arrogant,no appetite,chills and even coma. The method of strengthening yang to calm heart can be applied in treatment which provides new ideas and methods for clinic treatment.
