摘要 目的:评价手术切除结合改良浅层X线治疗瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。方法:手术切除31例瘢痕疙瘩患者皮损,术后12~24 h和24~48 h分别给予浅层X线照射治疗,剂量为8 Gy。随访1年进行疗效评价。结果:31例患者中治愈26例,治愈率为83.9%;显效2例(6.5%),复发3例(9.6%),总有效率为90.4%。结论:手术切除合并改良浅层X线放射治疗总有效率高,复发率低。 Objective: To assess the therapeutic effect of surgical excision combined with superficial X-ray in the treatment of keloid. Methods: Thirty one patients with keloid were treated with superficial X- ray( 8 Gy) in the 12- 24 hours and 24- 48 hours after surgical excision respectively. The efficacy was assessed after follow- up for one year. Results: Twenty six( 83. 9%) cases were cured,significantly improved 2( 6.5%) and 3( 9. 6%) were relapsed. The total effective rate was 90. 4%. Conclusion: Surgical excision combined with superficial X- ray is highly effective with low recurrent rate in the treatment of keloid.
