摘要
患者,女,48岁。双下肢角化性丘疹半年。皮肤科检查：双下肢多发性对称分布的棕红色角化过度性丘疹,直径约1~5 mm。皮损组织病理检查示：表皮局部呈塔尖样致密角化过度,其下方表皮萎缩,真皮浅层炎细胞浸润。诊断为持久性豆状角化过度症。给予阿维A口服及维A酸乳膏外用症状好转。
A 48- year- old female presented with hyperkeratotic papules on lower limbs for six months.Physical examination revealed multiple,symmetrically disseminated hyperkeratotic papules on the lower extremities. The size of the papules ranged from 1 to 5 mm in diameter. Biopsy revealed focal hyperkeratosis,atrophic epidermis and lymphocytic infiltration. The diagnosis of hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans was made.The treatment with retinoid was partially effective.
