摘要
以γ-丁内酯为原料,通过溴化、水解、氨化反应得到高丝氨酸。反应12h,总收率达70%,该方法具有收率高、反应时间短、条件温和等优点。产物结构经GC—MS,^1HNMR确证。
Homoserine was synthesized via bromination, hydroiysis and amination using gamma-butyrolactone as the starting material. The processing was completed in 12 h and a total yield of up to 70% was obtained. This method had the advantages of high yield, short reaction time and mild reaction conditions. The structure of the final product was characterized using GC-MS and 1H NMR.
