摘要 以廉价易得的2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮为原料,经Aldol缩合和AFO反应,合成了一系列天然橙酮类化合物,总收率29%左右。为天然产物橙酮的全合成提供了一种简洁的合成方法。各中间体及产物结构经MS、IR、~1H NMR、^(13)C NMR、2D NMR等方法确证。 A convenient method for the synthesis of aurone and its deviratives was developed. In this method, 2,4,6-trihydroxyacetophenone was used as the starting material through Aldol condensation reaction and AFO reaction and a yield of 29% was obtained. The structures of products and key intermediates were confirmed using MS, IR, 1H NMR, ^13C NMR, and 2D NMR.
