摘要 以4,4′-二溴联苯为原料,经硝化、闭环以及N-芳基化,3步反应合成目标产物2,7-二溴-N-苯基咔唑。硝化反应使用混酸作为硝化试剂,n(HNO_3)∶n(H_2SO_4)∶n(4,4′-二溴联苯)=1.3∶2.0∶1.0;闭环反应使用邻二氯苯为溶剂;N-芳基化反应使用碘化亚铜为催化剂。目标产物总收率53.7%。 The synthesis of 2,7-dibromo-N-benzyl-9H-carbazole was achieved from a three-step process including nitration, cyclization and N-arylation. Nitration of 4,4'-dibromobiphenyl was achieved using n(HNO3):n(H2SO4):n (4,4'-dibromobiphenyl)=1.3:2.0:1.0; cyclization was completed using o-dichlorobenzene as solvent; N-arylation was processed using CuI as catalyst. The yield of target product-2,7-dibromo-N-benzylcarbazole is of 53.7%.
