系统性红斑狼疮是一种以面部蝶形红斑为主要临床表现的自身免疫性疾病。从"毒邪"角度分析系统性红斑狼疮的病因病机,阐明该病与"毒"的关系,介绍利用药物的毒性"以毒攻毒",分别论述大毒之品雷公藤、雄黄、全蝎和蜈蚣对该病的临床应用价值。

Systemic lupus erythematosus is a kind of autoimmune diseases. The main clinical manifestations is facial butterfly erythema. Etiology and pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus and the relation with toxin are introduced in this paper,at the same time,utilization of toxic drugs to treat SLE accoding to the theory of treating ferocious disease with strong potency drugs,at last herbs such as Lei Gong Teng,realgar,scorpion and centipede is discussed and valued in treating SLE.
