摘要
目的:探讨针刺加隔附子灸穴位治疗老年女性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:选择江门市第三人民医院2013年9月至2015年9月收治的女性尿失禁患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例,对照组采用肾俞、膀胱俞、关元、中极、三阴交针刺治疗,治疗组采用针刺加神阙穴隔附子灸治疗。比较两组治疗前后72 h尿失禁次数、1 h漏尿量、国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(ICIQ-SF)评分和临床症状评分,并比较两组治疗的总有效率。结果:治疗后两组72 h尿失禁次数、1 h漏尿量、ICIQSF评分和临床症状评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:针刺加隔附子灸穴位治疗老年女性尿失禁有利于改善患者的临床症状,提高疗效,有临床推广应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinically curative effect of acupuncture and aconite moxibustion in the treatment of senile female urinary incontinence.Methods:80 female patients with urinary incontinence from September,2013 to September,2015 admitted to The Third People’s Hospital of Jiangmen City were divided into two groups accroding to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated by acupuncture at Shenshu,Pangguang Shu,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Sanyinjiao,and the treatment group was treated by acupuncture and aconite moxibustion.The times of urinary incontinence,urinary leakage in 1h,urinary incontinence questionnaire( ICIQ-SF) score and clinical symptom score before and after treatment in 72 h were compared between two groups,and the total effective rate of two groups was compared.Results:The times of urinary incontinence,urinary leakage in 1h,ICIQ-SF score and clinical symptom score before and after treatment in 72 h after treatment in two groups were significantly improved( P 〈 0.01),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P 〈 0.01),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group( P 〈 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Acupuncture with aconite moxibustion in the treatment of senile female urinary incontinence is conducive to improve patients’ clinical symptoms,improve the curative effect and clinical application value.
