"久病入络""久痛入络"是吴门医派叶天士络病理论的精髓,络病理论拓宽了中医临床诊治的思路,特别是提高了慢性病、疑难病的临床疗效,它不是针对一病一证而创制的,而是有普遍规律性的理论。笔者应用针药结合诊治久病入络的耳鸣、不寐、面瘫后遗症和头痛患者,临床疗效显著。
