六泉穴刺法配合情志护理治疗缺血性脑卒中后吞咽障碍随机对照研究

Liuquan Acupoint Needling Combined with Emotional Nursing in the Treatment of Dysphagia after Ischemic Stroke

目的:观察六泉穴刺法配合情志护理治疗缺血性脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将缺血性脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者80例随机分为两组,两组患者均接受神经内科常规治疗,治疗组40例(采用六泉穴刺法配合情志护理)、对照组40例(吞咽康复训练)。治疗前后进行洼田饮水试验评估。结果:治疗后两组在饮水试验评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组在吞咽困难总体疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为62.5%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:六泉穴刺法配合情志护理可显著改善脑卒中患者吞咽功能。

Objective：To observe the Liuquan acupoint needling combined with emotional nursing in the treatment of dysphagia after ischemic stroke.Methods：80 cases of ischemic stroke dysphagia patients were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in two groups received routine neurological therapy,and the treatment group was treated by Liuquan acupoint needling plus emotional nursing and the control group was treated by swallowing rehabilitation training.Evaluate the drinking water test before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the scores were significantly different according to drinking water test in two groups（ P 〈 0.05）.The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 62.5% in the control group,and the total effective rate was significantly different（ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Liuquan needling combined with emotional nursing can significantly improve the swallowing function of patients with stroke.
