火针扬刺法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Centro-square Acupuncture with Fire Needling for Pos-herpetic Neuralgia

目的:观察火针扬刺法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将75例带状疱疹后遗症患者随机分成两组,治疗组38例采用火针扬刺法治疗,对照组37例外用扶他林软膏治疗,观察其临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.36%,对照组的总有效率为78.38%,两组总有效率比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:火针扬刺法可有效治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of centro-square acupuncture with fire needling on the patients with post-herpetic neuralgia.Methods：Senventy-five cases with post-herpetic neuralgia were randomly devided into two groups.Patients in the treatment group were treated by centro-square acupuncture with fire needling,while patients in the control group were treated by Futalin ointment.Then doctors observed the curative effect of patients.Results：The effective rate of 38 patients in the treatment group was 97.36%,while in the control group it was 78.38%.The effective rates of two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion：Centro-square acupuncture with fire needling has a definitely therapeutic effect on post-herpetic neuralgia.
