Isolation and Identification of Chemical Constituents from the Fruit of Xanthium Sibiricum Patr.

摘要 目的:研究苍耳子的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱和制备型高效液相色谱等方法分离,从苍耳子70%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取组分中分离得到了4个化合物,并通过NMR和MS等波谱方法确定其化学结构。结果:所分离得到的4个化合物分别为2-methyl-3-buten-2-ol-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),3-Methyl-3-butenyl-O-β-Dapiofuranosyl-(1-6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),3-Methyl-2-butenyl-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)和everlastoside C(4)。其中所有化合物均为为首次从苍耳子中分离得到。 Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from the Fruit of Xanthium sibiricum Patr.. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by various isolation methods( silica gel,ODS and HPLC column chromatography) and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data( NMR and MS). Results: Four compounds were obtained and elucidated as following: 2- methyl- 3- buten- 2- ol- β- D- apiofuranosyl-( 1- 6)- β- D- glucopyranoside( 1),3- Methyl- 3- butenyl- O- β- D- apiofuranosyl-( 1- 6)- O- β- D- glucopyranoside( 2),3- Methyl- 2- butenyl- O- β- D- apiofuranosyl-( 1- 6)-O- β- D- glucopyranoside( 3) andeverlastoside C( 4). Conclusion: All compounds are reported from the plant for the first time.
