从肝论治胸痹的证机浅析

胸痹在现代医学中属于冠心病、心绞痛范畴,发病率在逐年上升,病位主要在心,但与肝密切相关。通过对心与肝生理病理的关系、病因病机、遣方用药等方面的阐述,提出肝失疏泄为本病发病的关键,疏肝活血、泄肝健脾、柔肝疏郁、平肝潜阳为本病基本治法,从肝论治是预防和治疗胸痹的有效方法和途径。

The obstruction in modern medicine belongs to the category of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Its incidence increases year by year. Its location is in heart,and is often related to liver in the process of disease. Through the elaboration of the relationship between heart and liver according to physiology and pathology,etiology,pathogenesis,the paper puts forward that liver dysfunction is the key of the disease,and four treatment methods are recommended to guide the clinical therapy,dispersing the depressed liver- energy and promoting blood flow,dispersing the depressed liver- energy and invigorating the spleen,dispersing the depressed liver- energy,calming the liver and suppressing Yang. From the liver treatment it is an effective method and approach for the treatment and prevention of obstruction.
