Determination of Biuret in Manganese-coated Urea by Precipitation Method with Sodium Carbonate

用碳酸钠沉淀试样中的硫酸锰,滤液中的缩二脲在硫酸铜、酒石酸钾钠的碱性溶液中生成紫色配合物,用分光光度法在550nm处测定其吸光度。

Manganese sulfate in sample was precipitated with sodium carbonate. Biuret in filtrate was form purple complexe in copper sulfate solution and otassium sodium tartrate alkaline solution. Absorbance was determined at 550 nm by spectrophotometry.
