Laparoscopic Surgery for Gastric Cancer

随着腹腔镜设备的不断发展和手术经验的不断积累,腹腔镜手术目前已成为早期胃癌的标准治疗方式之一,而在进展期胃癌的适用性目前仍处于探索阶段。已有证据表明腹腔镜手术应用于早期胃癌和进展期胃癌,均可获得与传统开腹手术相似的近期和远期疗效,然而这些结果仍有待大型多中心随机对照临床研究进一步证实。在不久的将来,随着高质量循证医学证据的不断积累,腹腔镜手术必将在胃癌外科治疗领域发挥更加重要的作用。

With advancement in instruments and the accumulation of laparoscopic experience increasing, laparoscopic surgery is now regarded as one of the standard treatments for early gastric cancer, and its suitability for advanced gastric cancer is being investigated. Recent evidence suggests that the short-and long-term outcomes of laparoscopic surgery for early gastric cancer and advanced gastric cancer are comparable to those of conventional open surgery. However, these results should be confirmed by large-scale multicenter prospective randomized controlled clinical trials. As high-quality evidence established in the near future, laparoscopic surgery will play a more important role in the treatment of gastric cancer.
