基于慢病特点践行健康管理理念的思考与构想

Discussions about practicing health management based on the characteristic of chronic disease

随着经济的发展，生活方式的改变，工作压力的增大，慢性非传染性疾病（以下简称“慢病”）已是威胁全球人类健康的重大公共卫生问题之一。慢病具有病程长、病因复杂、很难治愈且危害严重等特点，使慢病的管理工作持久而艰巨，如何解决当前医疗卫生服务和健康需求两者之间的矛盾这一管理难题，本文从健康管理的视角出发，分析慢病的流行病学特征、慢病防治与健康管理的内在联系，探讨践行健康管理的基本策略。

With the development of economy, the change of lifestyle, and the increase of work pressure, chronic non-communicable diseases （NCD） had been one of the major public health problems which were threatening human＇s health. The chronic disease management became longer and harder because of its characteristics of long progression, complex causes, refractory cure and serious harm. In order to solve the management problem between current health service and health demand, this paper analyzed the epidemiological characteristics of chronic disease, the inner connections between chronic disease prevention and health management from the perspective of health management, and then discussed the basic strategy of health management.
