摘要 目的:了解本地区男女生殖道人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况以及年龄和基因亚型分布特征,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法:采用PCR反向杂交法对标本进行23种HPV基因型检测,以了解男女感染率和亚型分布、男女性HPV亚型感染数量分布及男女不同年龄段感染HPV的分布情况。结果:1597例标本,检出阳性575例(36.0%),女性占28.2%,男性占7.8%;23种亚型均被检出,其中高危型占64.7%,低危型占35.3%。女性以高危型为主,前五位分别为HPV52(16.8%)、16(13.7%)、58(8.6%)、11(7.8%)、6(7.1%);男性以低危型感染为主,主要为HPV6(31.8%)、11(20.2%)。女性与男性均以单一感染为主,分别为67.1%和62.4%,多重感染以二重感染为主(20.7%)。女性感染以31-40岁组最高(31.8%),男性则以21-30岁组最高(48.0%)。结论:本地区HPV感染已覆盖23种亚型,不同年龄段人群HPV阳性率有差异,主要为单一基因型感染。高危型与低危型感染存在性别差异。人群中最常见的亚型为52、6、11、16、58型。 Objective: To investigate the status of HPV infection rate, age and genotype distribution in male and female population in this area. And to provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods: Reverse dot blot method using PCR of specimens 23 kinds of HPV genotyping to understand prevalence and subtypes of men and women, the number of men and women distributed HPV subtypes HPV infection and the distribution of men and women of different ages infections.Results:In 1597 cases, the positive rate was 36%, which accounted for 28.2% of women and 7.8% of men. 23 kinds of HPV subtypes were all detected, among which high-risk accounted for 64.7%, low-risk accounted for 35.3%. In females, the top five genotypes were HPV52 (16.8%), HPV16 (13.7%), HPV58 (8.6%), HPV11 (7.8%) and HPV6 (7.1%). The most common types in males were HPV6 (31.8%) and HPV11 (20.2%). The single infection was most common in both females and males, 67.1% and 62.4% respectively. Multiple infections are mainly double infection (20.7%). Female HPV infection was mainly 31-40 years old group (31.8%), and the male was mainly 21-30 years old group (48%).Conclusions: The subtype of HPV infection in this area has been covered by 23 types. The positive rate of HPV in different age groups was different. The types of infection are dominated by single infection. And gender difference can be found in the infection of high-risk and low-risk type. HPV6, HPV11, HPV16, HPV58 and HPV52 were the most common subtypes in the population.
