产ESBLs鲍曼不动杆菌与阴沟肠杆菌的监测和耐药率研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析我院产ESBLs鲍曼不动杆菌和阴沟肠杆菌的阳性率及其耐药率,为院内感染的预防、控制、治疗和流行病研究提供依据。方法:常规方法分离、培养鉴定鲍曼不动杆菌与阴沟肠杆菌。按美国临床实验室标准化研究所/委员会(CLIS/NCCLS)推荐的标准方法检测,采用纸片琼脂扩散法(K-B法)进行药敏试验。结果:150株鲍曼不动杆菌中产ESBLs38株,占25.3%;90株阴沟肠杆菌中产ESBLs13株,占14.4%。除亚胺培南外,鲍曼不动杆菌与阴沟肠杆菌产ESBLs菌株的耐药性显著高于非ESBLs菌株(P〈0.05)。结论:临床微生物实验室应及时对ESBLs菌株进行分离鉴定和耐药性监测,准确掌握其耐药特性,指导临床合理使用抗生素,降低ESBLs菌株的感染和危害。 Objective:To analyzed positive rate and resistance rate of ESBLs Acinetobacter baumanii and Enterobacter cloacae what our hospital developed.It gave hospital a base for preventing,controling,treating and studing epidemiological.Methods:conventional methods of separation, cultured and identity Acinetobacter baumanii and Enterobacter cloacae. According to the standard method of detection from American Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute/National committee for clinical laboratory(CLIS/NCCLS), agar diffusion method (K-B)was used to judge drug sensitivity.Results:150 strains of Acinetobacter baumanii developed 130 strains of ESBLs, account for 25.3%.90 strains of Enterobacter cloacae developed 13 strains of ESBLs, account for 14.4%. Resistance of Acinetobacter baumanii and Enterobacter cloacae developed ESBLs is higher than non ESBLs (P〈0.05)obviously except imipenem.Conclusions: Clinical microbiology laboratory should be isolation and identification of ESBLs and drug resistance surveillance on time, grasping its drug resistance characteristics accurately, guiding to use antibiotic reasonably in clinical, reducing Infection and harm of ESBLs.
