微生物检验在医院感染控制中的作用研究

The study on effect of microbiological examination in hospital infection control

目的：研究微生物检验在感染控制中的应用。方法：分析2014年7月至2015年7月我院心脑血管科住院部168例肺部感染患者病例资料，随机分成人数均等的试验组和对照组，其中试验组对患者感染采用微生物检验控制，对照组患者则不采用微生物检验控制，进行对比。结果：两组感染率比较和感染程度比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在控制感染的过程中微生物检验能够发挥非常好的效果，医院应注重微生物检验的推广和应用。

Objective：To investigate the value of the microbial test in infection control function.Methods：Took the 168 cases of cardiovascular department in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 on as the object of the research, they were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group received the traditional therapy, patients in the observation group was to microbiological testing results as the basis for taking corresponding methods of treatment. We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：The control group patients with severe infection degree was far higher than that of the observation group, the contrast difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Microbiological examination plays an important role in infection control, and it is worth of clinical promotion and application in hospital.
