应用血浆置换技术治愈血栓性血小板减少性紫癜患者1例

摘要 血栓性血小板减少性紫癜（thrombotic thrombocyto penic purpura, TTP）,是临床一种少见的微血管血栓-出血综合征，属临床急重症疾病，起病凶险，临床表现复杂，易漏诊和误诊。2015年本院血液科收治TTP患者一例，经血浆置换联合糖皮质激素抑制免疫治疗，效果明显，报告如下。
