摘要
以降低陶瓷烧成温度,降低陶瓷生产能耗为目的,利用滑石、锂辉石、锂云母、高岭土和膨润土等原料,经大量配方实验,配制吸水率低于1%、烧成总收缩小于14%、白度高于80度、热稳定性达200%℃20%水热交换一次不裂,在1110℃-1150℃烧结瓷化的低温锂镁瓷坯料及相适应的釉料。该瓷洁白、细腻,釉面光润,适用于日用瓷和工艺瓷生产。
In order to lower the sintering temperature so as to reduce the energy consumption in ceramics manufacture, the low temperature lithium - magnesium porcelain sintered at 1110 - 1150℃ is investigated. With talc, spodumene, lepidolite, kaolin and bentonite as raw materials, the green body of the lithium - magnesium porcelain is preparedwith the water absorption lower than 1% , the total firing shrinkage less than 14% and the whiteness value higher than 80%. The proper glaze is also studied to match with the green body. The lithium - magnesium porcelain with pure white, fine and smooth glaze can be suitable for the production of daily - use and art porcelain.
