摘要
浙江某水泥厂熟料库建成投产后,其北侧洞口出现贯穿裂缝。现场监测数据分析表明熟料库裂缝为地基差异沉降所致,且仍在进一步发展。为控制该构筑物变形的进一步发展,对治理方案进行了比选,决定选用高压旋喷桩对地基进行加固处理。加固处理后有效地控制了熟料库沉降。该项目的成功,对类似工程具有一定借鉴作用。
After the cement clinker storage put into production in Zhejiang,some transverse cracks appear on its north entrance. Field monitoring shows that the cracks of the clinker storage are caused by differential settlement of the clinker storage foundation,and it develops further. In order to control the deformation develops further,through schemes comparison,the high-pressure jet grouting pile are used to reinforce the foundation. The settlement of the olinker storage is effectively controlled by reinforcement treatment. The success of this project can provide some reference for the similar projects.
