摘要
该论文开展了桉木预水解液中的碳水化合物降解产物在硫酸催化下制备糠醛的工艺优化研究。给出了优化工艺条件,最优条件下糠醛收率达71.89%。采用GC/MS分析了糠醛制取液中的相对含量、副产物5-甲基糠醛、2-乙酰基呋喃、邻甲氧基苯酚等含量。初步分析了无机酸催化转化过程焦化现象产生的原因。研究课题是生物质精炼领域的热点问题,对桉木预水解液的处理和资源化利用提出了方向。
The process optimization of furfural preparation from the carbohydrates degradation products in the eucalypt pre- hydrolysis liquid by the sulfuric acid catalyst was studied in this paper. The optimum conditions were given,the yield of furfural was 71. 89%. The relative contents of furfural,5- methyl furfural,2- acetyl furfural,and phenol in the furfural were analyzed by GC / MS. The reason of coking phenomenon in the process of catalytic conversion of inorganic acid was preliminarily analyzed. The research topics are hot issues in the field of biomass refining,and put forward the direction of the processing and resource utilization of eucalyptus pre- hydrolysate.
