浅析膜分离制浆造纸废水深度处理工艺 被引量:7

摘要 随着环境污染问题的日益严重以及制浆造纸废水成分的复杂化,对废水排放的标准也在日渐严格,传统的一级物化处理+二级生化工艺处理废水已经力不从心,采用新的废水处理工艺,增加废水的深度处理已经成为制浆造纸行业可持续发展的必由之路。本文针对制浆造纸膜分离废水深度处理工艺应用展开综述,并对膜分离用于废水处理的膜污染及其再生过程进行描述,通过对膜法处理制浆造纸废水的研究背景和膜分离工程描述,以及总结膜污染的种类以及各种再生清洗方式,得出膜分离用于制浆造纸废水处理的关键在于需要对制浆造纸废水污染物成分进行分析,针对污染物类型选出高效经济的清洗方式。 With the growing serious problems of the environmental pollution and the growing complexity of the wastewater composition in pulp and paper industry,the standards of wastewater treatment become increasingly strict. With the traditional primary physic- chemical process and the secondary biochemical process of wastewater treatment became inadequate,the adoption of the new wastewater treatment process and the increase of the wastewater deep treatment have become the only way to the pulp and paper industry for sustainable development.The review investigated the application of the membrane separation in the pulp and paper industry wastewater treatment,the membrane fouling and regeneration process for wastewater treatment was described. Through the description of the study background of the membrane wastewater treatment and the membrane separation engineering in pulp and paper industry,and a summary of the type of membrane fouling and various regenerated cleaning methods,It is found that the key point of membrane separation for wastewater treatment in the pulp and paper industry is the need to analyze the composition of pollutants. The most efficient and economical way of cleaning can be selected in accordance with the type of pollutants.
