摘要
汽车减震器顶胶盖模具型腔加工需用到数控车、三轴加工中心、五轴加工中心等,分析了汽车减震器顶胶盖模具型腔加工的工艺、专用夹具的设计以及加工刀路的编制。实践表明,该方案的实施保证了汽车减震器顶胶盖模具型腔的精度,可以获得更高的切削效率和更好的加工表面质量。
NC lathes, three-axis machining centers and five-axis machining centers are used in machining mold cavities of automobile damper rubber covers. The paper analyses the processing technology, he design of special fixture and milling tool path of mold cavities of automobile damper rubber covers. The practice shows that the precision of mold cavities of automobile damper rubber covers is ensured, with higher cutting productivity and better cutting surface.
