摘要
在孔的加工过程中,定位精度的控制,实质上是一个孔的理想位置与实际位置之间差值的动态控制过程。钳工钻孔位置精度要求较高,而且只能是手工控制,因此加工精度受到操作者钳工钻孔技能等一系列因素影响。针对影响钳工钻孔位置精度的因素,就如何减少钻孔位置度误差这个难点,经多次实验和论证,不断改进钻孔的工艺和方法,综合分析了影响钻孔位置精度的因素,以达到完全控制孔的位置精度的目的。
The positioning accuracy of the control, essentially is the difference controll of a hole in the ideal position and the actual position in the dynamic control process. Bench drilling location with high precision, can only he done by manual control, so machining accuracy by operator with bench drilling skills and is affected by a series of factors. In view of the factors to affect the accuracy of the bench drill position, this article focuses on how to reduce the difficulty of drilling hole position error, The author have made experiments and demonstrations for many times, and made continuous improvement process and method for drilling, a comprehensive analysis of the impact of drilling hole position accuracy factors in teaching to achieve complete control of position precision of the holes.
