摘要
某车载信息娱乐主机在ESD静电试验中,出现按键被ESD触发的现象。调查发现面壳按键之间的装饰条有导电性,且没有采取任何接地措施。研究面壳结构与静电放电路径之间的关系,发现因为装饰条有导电性,缩短了面壳缝隙到内部电路板的空气间距,导致ESD击穿。最终采取了两项改善措施:(1)更换为绝缘的装饰条;(2)优化PCB布置。
In an ESD test of infotainment head unit, some buttons were triggered by ESD. It is found that the surface of the decorative strip between the shell is conductive, and there wasn't any grounding devices. After studying the relationship between the surface shell structure and the electrostatic discharge path , we found that the air gap between the surface shell and the inner circuit board is shortened due to the conductive property of the decorative strip, which leads to the ESD breakdown. In conclusion, we suggest that using the insulative decoration strip and to optimize the PCB layout.
