摘要
研究开发一种用于平面印盖机的电晕装置。其结构新颖,安全可靠。弧形放电极设计确保放电的均匀性和有效性。送放电通道设计适合在高速运转中持续供电和保证电晕时间、位置的准确且有效。同步传送机构设计有利于避免"跑偏"现象而影响印刷质量和造成"短路"安全事故。
Research and development of a corona device for flat surface capping machine. The structure is novel, safe and reliable. Arc discharge electrodes are designed to ensure the uniformity and efficiency of the discharge. The discharge channel design is suitable for continuous power supply in high speed operation and ensures the accurate and effective corona time and position. Design of synchronous transmission mechanism is to avoid the deviation phenomenon and influence the printing quality and safety accidents caused by the short cireuit.
