摘要
膨胀烟丝中结团过多的问题,分析了各生产环节,设计一种在膨胀丝风选二次分离箱体内安装一套松散辊的方法,这种方法可以集中有效地松散膨胀丝结团,避开了对整体膨胀烟丝进行松散,最大程度地减少了松散过程带来的造碎,并提高风选机的风选精度,实现了合格烟丝的回收利用。滚针与松散辊的间距以8~10毫米为宜,通过松散辊之间的速度差实现结团的打散,既能有效松散结团,又可避免针辊缠丝。结构简单而有效,在实际生产中,避免了对结团烟丝人工松散的过程,大大节约了人力财力。
In order to solve the problems of the expanded tobacco cluster, analyzed each production link , designed a method inside of secondary separation install a set of ioosely roller, this method can focus on effective loose expanded tobacco, avoid to loose the overall expanded tobacco, minimize the made from broken loose process, and enhance the accuracy of ewinnowing, and implement the qualified recycling of tobacco. Needle and loose roller spacing with 8 -10 mm advisable, by loose roller speed difference to achieve scatter of cluster, not only effectively loosing cluster, but also avoiding needle roller enwind tobacco. Structure is simple and effective, in actual production, to avoid the process of artificial loose, greatly saves manpower.
