民族地区金融服务与特色产业精准扶贫耦合模式探索

特色产业发展与金融服务精准耦合不但是新时期我国精准扶贫的应有之义,也是促进民族地区脱贫致富,实现精准脱贫的有效途径。民族地区金融服务相对缺乏,企业及个人获取发展的资金途径单一,大部分政府扶贫资金用于改善贫困地区基本的生产生活条件,对民族地区特色产业发展的扶持作用有限。因此,根据民族地区特色产业的多元化资金需求,从融资渠道、融资模式、担保机制、风险控制等方面探索金融服务于特色产业发展的新模式,对于民族地区精准扶贫和精准脱贫具有重要的现实意义。

Precise coupling of feature industry development and financial service is not only the indispensable connotation of well-targeted poverty alleviation in new era,but also an effective means to promote poverty alleviation and realize well-targeted poverty alleviation in ethnic regions.In ethnic regions,financial service is comparatively far from perfection,enterprises and individuals have restricted means to get development funds,most of government funds for poverty alleviation is used to enhance production and living conditions in poverty-stricken area,and the aid to feature industry development in these regions are limited.Therefore,in accordance with diversified funds needs of feature industry in ethnic regions,financial service should try to find new modes to serve feature industry development from the aspects of financing channels,financing modes,guarantee mechanism,risk control,etc.This is of great practical significance for well-targeted poverty alleviation and poverty shake-off.
