基质固相分散在蜜蜂与蜜蜂产品分析中的应用进展

摘要 基质固相分散(Matrix solid phase dispersion,MSPD)是一种适用于固体,半固体样品的前处理方法。本文综述了MSPD方法开发至今在蜜蜂及蜜蜂产品中的应用,并对影响MSPD提取与净化效果的主要参数进行了归纳和总结。 Matrix solid phase dispersion (MSPD) is a sample preparation method which has been widely used for solid and semi-solid samples. This review summarizes the literatures on MSPD for the analysis of various compounds in honeybees and honeybee products. And parameters influencing the extraction and clean-up performance of MSPD are also reviewed.
