摘要 为了提高钢坯连铸机结晶器内钢水液位的高度检测精度,设计了基于FPGA的差分电磁式钢水液位检测系统。检测系统由FPGA控制、差分电磁式传感器、高精度仪表放大器、锁相滤波处理、高精度A/D转换和4~20 m A输出等模块组成。检测系统测量范围宽,在结晶器钢水液面局部波动时,使检测输出的液位电流信号基本保持不变,提高了检测系统抗局部钢水波动的能力。经实际验证,系统具有测量精度高、成本低、可靠性高等特点,已在某钢铁企业替代捷克进口SH型液位检测设备投入运行。 In order to improve the level of molten steel in billet continuous caster mould high detection accuracy. A differential magnetic steel liquid level detection system based on FPGA was designed. Including the FPGA control,differential magnetic sensors,high precision instrument amplifier,phase lock filtering processing,high precision A/D conversion and 4 ~20 m A output module composition and so on. Detection system has wide measuring range. When the mould molten steel level local fluctuations,it makes the test output current signal of liquid level in the basic remain unchanged and improved the ability to resist local fluctuations in steel detection system. Verified by practical,the system has high measurement accuracy,low cost,high reliability,etc. In some iron and steel enterprise,it has replaced SH type liquid level testing equipment imported from Czech in operation.
