摘要
该文基于国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项《高精度衡器载荷测量仪开发和应用》项目开发的需要,采用高精度同步采集技术、数字地和模拟地差压技术、长线电感抑制技术、多通道独立同步采集技术、模块化通道设计等技术,研制出12通道高精度智能仪表。通过测试验证,该仪表准确度、稳定性均优于±0.004%,满足衡器载荷测量仪开发对高精度测量仪表高精度和高稳定性的要求。
This paper is based on the requirement of the research for high precision admeasuring apparatus of weighing instrument. 12 channels high precision intelligent instrument is designed,by the method of high precision synchronous acquisition technique,differential pressure technique of the DGND and AGND,restraining of long-line inductance,modular channel designing. Experimental result shows the accuracy and stability of this instrument is superior to ±0.004%. Therefore the research satisfy the requirement of the item.
