摘要 为了解决舰船信息化过程中遇到的多总线、多网络、多协议的困境,设计能支持多种协议的网络设备成为亟需解决的问题。该文应用精减指令集微处理器PIC18F4520与Profibus-DP总线专用集成芯片SPC3设计了舰船用网络转换控制器,通过它可以实现集控室对各分控制系统的在线操作与监控。 In this paper,with the development of shipping information management automation controlling,traditional manual operating system cannot meet the command of supervising remote devices accurately in real-time. The ship integrated management system can implement the functions of central control room's online operation on each controlling system,along with the operation data acquisition on remote device and supervisory in real-time. The core of this system is the marine gateway controller which can make data transformation between different networks. This paper described single-board design of network transformation controller with main body of PIC18F4520 single chip MCU and SPC3 to achieve data transformation of marine gateway combined with corresponding software.
