摘要
老挝某5万t/a氯化钾项目采用冷分解浮选工艺生产氯化钾,冷分解结晶后的氯化钾粒度小,影响生产装置的运行,并导致氯化钾回收率低。针对此问题,提出采用不饱和母液替代工艺水作为分解液,提高氯化钾的粒度和回收率。
A potassium chloride project of fifty thousand tons per year in Laos produced potassium chloride by cold- decomposition combined with flotation method. The particle size of potassium chloride was small after cold- decomposition and crystallization,which influenced the operation of the production equipment and resulted in low recovery of potassium chloride. To this problem,it was proposed that the unsaturated liquid replaced process water as decomposition liquid,which can increase the particle size and improve the recovery rate of potassium chloride.
