内插螺旋线强化海水热泵传热实验研究

摘要 在传热温差为5℃,蒸发温度分别为10℃、8℃、6℃、4℃条件下,对三种不同参数的内插螺旋线对海水热泵传热效果的强化作用进行了研究。实验结果表明,内插螺旋线可明显提高海水热泵传热量、管内传热系数和总传热系数;此外,不同蒸发温度下,不同参数的螺旋线的强化传热效果不同;综合比较,2号螺旋线(不锈钢丝直径1.54 mm,螺距9.20mm,线圈直径10.80 mm)可作为海水源热泵的强化传热手段。 It was studied that the seawater heat pump enhancement effect of three different parameters of spiral insert,which heat transfer temperature difference was 5 ℃ and the evaporator temperature was set as 10 ℃,8 ℃,6 ℃ and 4 ℃. The result indicated that the heat transfer in seawater- source heat pump and the heat transfer coefficients can be obviously enhanced by the spiral insert. Moreover,the enhancement effect of the three spiral inset was different at different temperature and No. 2 spiral inset( diameter of stainless steel wire = 1. 54 mm,pitch = 9. 20 mm,loop diameter = 10. 80 mm) can be the most promising one to be used in the enhancement of heat transfer in seawater- source heat pump.
