海水吹溴风机变频利用的工艺研究

摘要 海水吹溴过程中,海水中溴含量随其浓度的高低而有所变化,氧化吹吸所得到的完成液中溴含量变化较大。通过工艺研究,采用变频风机调整吹出塔鼓风量,完成液溴含量稳定在75 g/L,降低了生产消耗,提高了企业经济效益。 In the process of bromine extraction from the brine,bromine content changed with its concentration in the seawater. The content of bromine changed relatively large in the completed liquid obtained by the oxidation process. Technology research showed that changing the frequency of the fan inverter to adjust the air volume of the tower,the completed liquid of the bromine content of 75 g/L,which reduced the production consumption and improved the economic efficiency of enterprises.
