尿道下裂成形术效果对照分析

目的：对尿道下裂成形术效果进行研究探讨。方法：将我院100例尿道下裂患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组50例患者行Snodgrass术，观察组50例患者行膀胱黏膜术，对比2组患者的手术成功率及并发症的发生率。结果：观察组患者后段尿道下裂治疗成功率为89．29％，对照组患者后段尿道下裂治疗成功率为75％，观察组后段尿道下裂治疗成功率显著高于对照组，P＜0．05，差异具有统计学意义。2组患者的中段尿道下裂治疗成功率差异不具有统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组，P＜0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：对尿道下裂患者行膀胱黏膜术治疗效果理想，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To study the effect of surgery of hypospadias plasty.Methods：100 cases with hypospadias in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 50 cases in control group were treated by Snodgrass surgery, 50 cases in ex-perimental group were treated by the bladder mucous membrance technique, the success rate and postoperative complications were com-pared.Results：the success rate of posterior hypospadias of experimental group was 89.29%, that of control group was 75%, success rate of posterior hypospadias of experimental group was much higher than that of control group, P〈0.05, the difference had statistical signifi-cance.The success rate of midpiece hypospadias plasty of the two groups did not has statistical difference（P〉0.05）.The postoperative complications was much lower than that of control group, P〈0.05,the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion：adopting the bladder mucous membrance technique in treating patients with hypospadias plasty has high success rate, ideal safety, should be worthy of clinical application.
