摘要
多巴胺(DA)是一种重要的神经递质,它广泛地分布在哺乳动物的大脑组织以及体液中。体液中DA含量的异常与帕金森症、精神分裂症等疾病有关,因此建立一种简单、快速、准确的多巴胺检测方法是十分必要的。该文总结了近些年来检测多巴胺方面的各类方法报道和技术研究进展,重点评述了电化学修饰电极在多巴胺检测方面的研究与应用。
Dopamine (DA) is an important neurotransmitter, which is widely distributed in mammalian central ner- vous system in the brain tissue and body fluids. Abnormal DA concentrations in extracellular fluid are associated with a variety of diseases, such as Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, and etc. Therefore, it is of great significance on establishment of simple, rapid and accurate detection method for determination of dopamine. This paper summarizes the reports and progress on various analytical methods and techniques for dopamine in recent years, especially for electrochemical modified electrodes for the detection of dopamine.
