摘要
分析了水轮发电机刷架接触面出现过热缺陷的原因,提出了对通流钢导体接触面镀银的方法,特别在钢材上采取先镀镍后镀铜再镀银的方式,能确保接触面的导电性能,又能保证镀层的结合力,经在某大型电站水轮发电机上实验,效果很好。
Possible reasons of the overheating problem observed in the contact surfaces of the brush holders in hydro-tur- bine generators are analyzed. A silver plating treatment measure is proposed for the contact surfaces of the charged steel parts. Specifically, a three-step plating technique, a silver plating after a nickel plating and a copper plating, is adopt- ed, which is able to ensure the electrical conductivity and also the plating adhesion of the contact surfaces. Practice in a large-scale hydro-turbine generator shows that the treatment is effective.
