摘要
鉴于水利水电工程中,混凝土的碳化会造成混凝土的腐蚀和内部钢筋的锈蚀,影响混凝土主体工程的运行,对台州市金清新闸主体工程混凝土碳化处理技术、施工方案、施工材料903聚合物砂浆和碳纤维布的使用作了详细的叙述,并根据碳化处理施工的效果进行了施工评价,对碳化处理技术进行了总结和改进。
Concrete carbonation is one of the most common forms of concrete damage, which could cause the corrosion of the concrete and the steel bars, and finally affect the normal operation of the main concrete structures. In this paper, the practice of the concrete carbonation treatment in the main body of the Jinxin New Sluice in Taizhou is introduced, inclu- ding the treatment techniques, construction scheme, and construction materials such as the 903 polymer mortar and car- bon fiber cloth. The treatment effect is then evaluated by the performance. Treatment techniques are summarized and improvement measures are proposed.
