当年屠呦呦担当国家课题组组长时,只是个本科学历、不满40岁的实习研究员。去年她的获奖,向世人证明了中国本土人才自主创新的实力,也倒逼我们思考人才体制机制,如何切实营造一个能让各国人才尽展其才的社会环境?中国人才研究会常务副会长吴江认为,这首先要求我们创造一个能留住人才的公平环境,把人才作为支撑发展的第一资源,海纳百川、吸引全球英才。海外高层次人才引进来后,要想用得好、留得住,关键在于"更积极、更开放、更有效的人才引进政策"的落地和服务到位。
