中美职业篮球俱乐部运动员转会制度的差异研究

Research on Differences of Membership Transfer System among Professional Basketball Clubs Between China and America

以中美职业篮球俱乐部运动员转会制度为研究对象。在综合运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等诸多方法的基础上,对NBA和CBA俱乐部运动员所有权的构成、人才流动的差异、隶属关系的差异、转会内容的差异等方面进行对比和分析。研究认为,可以借鉴NBA的转会制度,划清政府职能和市场运作机制的界限,加强后备人才的培养。结合我国的具体国情和现阶段职业篮球俱乐部的特点,提出更利于CBA健康发展、中国篮球运动水平提高的建议。

In this paper,the membership transfer system among professional basketball clubs in China and USA is taken as the research object. Based on several different research methods,such as documents consultation,expert interview and mathematical statistics etc,a comparative analysis has been made on ownership components,the difference of the flow of talent,the difference of subordination and the difference of membership transfer. It can be found from the analysis that the development of Chinese basketball can learn some experiences from the membership transfer system of NBA： to draw a demarcation line between government functions and market operation mechanism and to enhance the cultivation of reserve talents. Lastly,some positive suggestions are proposed to promote the healthy development of CBA,and improve sports level of basketball in China.
