摘要
采用实证调研、文献资料等方法,研究美国高校公共体育教育的现状特征,分析其优点、不足及对我国高校的启示。美国高校公共体育教育具有较高的自主性,通过灵活的体育课程设置、规范的体育俱乐部和丰富的校内体育竞赛,建立了浓厚的校园体育氛围。但是,严峻的大学生体质健康形势凸显出其强制性和针对性的不足。建议我国高校进一步完善公共体育课程设置,重视体质健康教育,提高公共体育教育的灵活性、多元性和针对性。
Using the methods of empirical and literature research,this study summarizes the current situation of public physical education in American universities,analyzing its advantage,shortcoming and its inspiration to Chinese counterparts. The result shows that American universities have high autonomy over its physical education and develop strong campus sports atmosphere through flexible curriculum,normative club sports and multiple intramural sports. However,lacking of coerciveness and pertinence is prominent under the rigorous physical fitness situation of students. Accordingly,Chinese universities should perfect the public physical education curriculum,strengthen physical fitness education,raise the flexibility,and improve multiformity and pertinence of physical education.
