虎力散胶囊外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

目的:观察中药虎力散胶囊外敷治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效与安全性。方法:采用随机对照研究方法,将72例KOA患者随机分为两组,即对照组(36例)和治疗组(36例),两组均给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服,在此基础上治疗组给予虎力散胶囊外敷,对照组给予理疗,疗程4周,观察两组患者治疗前后症状及体征的变化。结果:治疗后两组患者膝关节疼痛均有减轻,膝关节功能均有显著改善(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组(91.67%vs 80.56%,P<0.05)。结论:虎力散胶囊外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎能明显减轻关节肿胀、疼痛症状,改善关节功能,具有良好的临床疗效,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of the traditional Chinese medicine Hulisan Capsule on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods：72 patients with KOA were randomly divided into two groups as the control group （36 cases） and the treatment group （36 cases）. The patients in two groups were treated with glucosamine sulfate capsules. And patients in the treatment group were given Hulisan capsule for external application. Patients in the control group were given physical therapy. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The changes of symptoms and signs were observed in the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results：Knee joint pain of patients in the two groups were reduced after treatment, the knee joint function were significantly improved （P 〈 0.01 ）. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that of control group （91.67% vs 80.56%, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Hulisan Capsule can significantly reduce the joint swelling and pain, improve joint function. It has a good clinical effect and high security. And it is worthy of clinical application.
