脱氮菌的筛选鉴定及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 从自然环境中筛选到一株具有脱氮能力的菌株MHX-01,经鉴定为阪崎肠杆菌.研究表明:该菌株在不同的碳源、氮源、无机盐、生长因子的条件下都能够良好地生长,最佳培养基为葡萄糖10 g/L,蛋白胨10 g/L,磷酸氢二钾2 g/L,酵母膏1 g/L;该菌株的最适生长温度为37℃,最适生长p H值为8.0,其抗热性较差,但有一定的抗酸碱能力,尤其是抗碱性能力较强.对其脱氮性能的研究发现:该菌株具有很强的脱氮能力,在接种量为4%时,处理人工废水5 h后,亚硝酸盐氮的去除率为97.6%,达到平衡点;处理人工废水36 h后,氨氮的去除率高达98.3%,达到平衡点.且在高盐度废水中同样具有高效的脱氮能力,在盐度为20 g/L时效率最高.该菌具有优良的脱氮性能,脱氮能力明显高于其它微生物菌株. One strain with denitrification ability was isolated from the natural environment. It was identified as Crono- bacter sakazakii, MHX-01, The study showed that the strain was able to grow well in carbon sources, nitrogen sources, inorganic salt and growth factors. The most appropriate medium of the strain was glucose 10 g/L, peptone 10 g/L, po- tassium hydrogen phosphate 2 g/L and yeast extract 1 g/L. The optimum growth temperature of the strain was 37℃ and the optimum growth pH was 8.0. Heat resistance of the strain was poor while acid and alkali resistance, particularly alkaline resistance of the strain was strong. The denitrification performance study found that the strain had high ability on denitrification. When the artificial wastewater was treatmented by the strain for 5 h with 4% inoculation quantity, removal rate of nitrite nitrogen was 97.6%, which was the balance point. While treating for 36 h, removal rate of ammonia nitrogen also reached the balance: as high as 98.3%. And it also had efficient denitrification ability in high salinity wastewater, especially in the salinity of 20 g/L. The bacteria showed excellent denitrification which was significantly higher than the other bacteria.
