D-甘露醇多晶型在溶液中的热力学研究 被引量:2

摘要 以医药领域应用广泛的天然六元糖醇D-甘露醇为对象,详细研究了其3种无水晶型在乙醇-水溶液中的热力学性质.首先制备了甘露醇的2种介稳晶型,并采用多种手段确定了晶型纯度.其次,讨论了甘露醇介稳晶型在乙醇-水混合溶剂中的稳定性,发现乙醇含量越高,介稳晶型在溶剂中稳定存在的时间越长.此外,采用静态法测定了甘露醇和晶型在不同配比乙醇-水溶剂中的溶解度数据,并对数据进行了拟合.发现随着温度的升高,甘露醇溶解度增大;随溶剂中乙醇含量增大,溶解度降低. The thermodynamic properties of mannitol polymorphs, /~, a and fl from, were studied in solution. The metastable forms of mannitol were initially prepared by an innovative reverse anti-solvent crystallization, while X-ray dif- fraction and Raman spectroscopy were used to verify their purity. Then the stability of metastable polymorphs in a mixed solvent was studied. Results showed that if the higher the alcohol content in the solvent is, the longer time it would take for the metastable form to transform into a stable one. In addition, the solubility ofmannitol polymorphs was measured in different ethanol-water mixtures, and it was found that the solubility ofmannitol polymorphs decreased with the increase of ethanol content in the mixture.
